Itinerary description
Puente - Vinuela - Vinuela lake - Venta Baja (round trip).
We parked our car near to Mis Tapitas bar restaurant in Puente Don Manuel.
From the starting point we first take a mountain route towards the little village of Vinuela. From Vinuela village to the Vinuela lake we follow the existing "water route", This is a route on good terrain and slowly going up till the Vinuela lake. Halfway our walk you'll see hotel Vinuela which has a terras where you can enjoy a nice view over the Vinuela lake and take some rest,
From the hotel we continue and follow a part of an old train track which goes all the way up to Zafarraya. Because we don't want to walk all day we only walk 15 minutes on this track and then return to Venta Baja,
Near the end of this route, in Venta Baja, Calle Venta Baja, there is a very good Indian restaurant called Taj Mahal. From there it's only a short walk to Puente Don Manuel,
Mis Tapitas bar restaurant where you parked the car,
Cheers
PS: the route is about 3 hours walking. We had coffee and later a beer. There are several rest points where you can eat or drink.
