Itinerary description

16 02 2019

This walk starts opposite the Alhaurin golf hotel, mainly because there is parking.
Get to the BP petrol station and cross over the road. You will see to your left a new large avocado plantation. The path is on your left parallel with the plantation.
Be careful as many cyclists use this small trail. There are a few ups and downs, nothing technical. Halfway along the route you have to veer right and go up a stony dry riverbed.
You will get to the camino forrestal, turn right and this will get you back to the BP.

The walk ends at the BP cafeteria La Ventilla. The breakfasts are very good here. Parking can be a nightmare, so I park a bit further down at Alhaurin Golf and walk up.

I have followed this trail  verified  View more

A couple of short steep sections (we did it backwards!), but none of my group had done this walk. It's so low in woods, yet it has such amazing views on the lower section
