Itinerary description
This walk starts opposite the Alhaurin golf hotel, mainly because there is parking.
The first hour of this walk is going uphill with quite a few zigzags. This is walk is number two of my breakfast routes. This one has about 300m of up.
The last twenty minutes you have to walk on the road. A safer option might be to go into the Alhaurin golf urbanisation and come off the road.
The walk ends at the BP cafeteria La Ventilla. The breakfasts are very good here. Parking can be a nightmare, so I park a bit further down and walk up.
This walk is very scenic and peaceful, and you hardly bump into anyone. It uses part of the GR-249. ( Gran Senda de Malaga)
