Itinerary description
A nice loop trail with views of the Amalfi coast and the island Capri. Starting from Nerano the tail climbs towards Monte San Contanzo with views mainly to the south east. Decsending towards the edge of the peninsula (Punta Campanella), Capri gets into the frame. Towards the south Punta Penna peninsula and bay offer wonderful vistas. The return is on a paved trail which makes it easier and faster (and less scenic).

Fantastic walk.
Extra information for future people:
Do this hike only if you are experienced.
If possible use hiking sticks. For about one hour there is a very steep downhill.
Hiking shoes are a must.
Last but not least: take 2L water/person with you.
We did this walk mid june and 1,5L wasn´t enough.
Don´t forget to enjoy the views...
