Itinerary description
This walk starts in the bus/motorhome carpark, Parking du Panoramique des Dômes.
It entails walking up the south side and returning the north side making a loop.
The walk is family friendly with the proper clothes and footwear. (While we were walking up the weather closed in and it rained heavily. Many people had correct rain wear and footwear but some people were wearing jeans and could hardly walk once they got wet). It took 85 minutes to get to the top and 90 minutes to walk down.
The paths on the way up are wide and are gravel and some small stones. The walk on the way down starts with road and then timber stairs and on to gravel path through the woods.
The views are stunning after it stopped raining.
The walk can be done in either direction and have yellow arrows as markers.
