Itinerary description

It was my first attempt so I wondered and lost the track many times. Sorry for that!
I put it very difficult because you need to be strong mentally and physically in the same time for this route and moreover for the loop.
I did only the ascent following another previous trail which is a very good one of catach, the return path I took another one faster and safer guided a very kind local guy as I was pretty much tired.
I totally reccomend to do it with someone, not alone like I did! The view is all the time awesome!

    Hello Razvan.
Thank you very much for sharing your routes.
The peak you climbed is called Jabal Ḩudayd. It is historically referenced in maps and geographic databases.

Why do you call it Qandoos Peak?
Nor can I find any village called Qandoos.
Do you remember if there is any nearby village that might be known by that name?

    Hi Razwan,

You mentioned you returned using a different but safer / faster path.

Where can we find that trail ?

    Thanks.
