Itinerary description

very nice area to escape paris on a sunny day.
i had an extra day in paris that i wanted to spend walking outside the city and the touristic areas.
i took the RER B to its terminal at saint remy les chevreuse, where i decided to explore the park de la haute chevreuse and some of its attractions, passing by chateau meridion, that is a private property and that was closed on this specific day, i continued inside the oak forest and reached the chateau de breteuil by noon, i wanted to visit the chateau so i paused the recording for 2 hours, i bought a ticket and walked inside the gardens, and park (90 min walk) till the chateau opened for visit at 2, the gardens although small but very nice and very well maintained, and the park doesn’t differ a lot from the woods outside.
after visiting the chateau i continued my way parallel to the parks wall and passing inside some nice old small villages back to visit the chateau de la madeleine, after it i went down and back up to enter the forest of la madeleine.
