Itinerary description
We hiked from Salares up the GR249 trail (red and white trail markers) to the ruins of the Casa de Haro, then further up to the MA-127 dirt road. We turned toward Sedella then, and followed it over the “Irish” bridge (painted in green and white), even turning uphill past the goat farm below, and again picking up the GR249, following the water trough and the trail high above the ruins, then downhill steeply to the Puente Romano and into Sedella, staying to the left below the Ermita and steeply down to the left of the barn to the MA157 paved road a couple of KM to the uphill entry to Salares and refreshments at Theo’s Bar and then our cars.

I did this hike in Late May with my 11-year-olds twins. Gorgeous drive into the countryside and amazing views while on this hike. Very hot when we started but some parts of the trail have nice shade.
Easy to miss some of the turns as you’re not on the GR 249 the entire time so do keep your eye on the Wikiloc. We had to backtrack a couple of time.
With my kids it took us a little over 5 hrs.
