Itinerary description
Walk to the ruins of an old castle starting at the monastry of Moni Vronda (Μονι Βροντα). The last steep climb to the top (1 km) is over a difficult to find (on places invisible) small track steep uphill. It ends at an almost vertical rockface where you can find some carved steps by closer inspection. Ropes are recommended for security when you descend this rocks after visiting the ruins. !!!! dangerous part of the walk!!!!! The views however are magnificent.
