Itinerary description
Uphill from San Juan follow a clear trail uphill. On reaching a false summit look
North West and you will see a dirt track heading down across the hillside follow this taking care as there is loose scree however the track is clear. The track leads to a dry river bed there is some easy clambering down rocks and eventually leads to a wide clearing that is the Rio Chillar, turn left and follow the river bed and then join the road leading to Nerja.
