Itinerary description

Trail starting a bit after the park entrance. Rocky, dusty in parts. Trek through coffee plantation and corn fields on the slopes, then jungle. There is a downhill after the cabin, which might have you wondering if you are on the right route. It turns back uphill after a couple of minutes and goes to a rocky outcrop that provides spectacular views. My time to ascend was 2 hours 10 minutes, 45 minutes on top to enjoy the view, then one hour ten minutes to descend, mostly jogging.
This was a hard working pace with minimal breaks. Most seem to take about 3 hrs up.
