Easy to follow
Scenery
Easy
Brilliant first day walk in the Picos. Easy to navigate and stunning views. The first mile is brutal, but after that level or gently rolling. Fine in approach shoes, but boots would be preferable after wet weather. A hiking pole is useful for the descent.
PS to the above. It took us 3hrs of steady walking.
