Itinerary description
This hike starts off nice and easy with a beautiful path that runs along the coast and some amazing views. Once through, what looks like, a small dry river bed you'll cross an amazing tunnel that leads to Cala Blanca. The climb down to the beach is a little tricky and it's easy to slide. But the beach is stunning (pebbled though) with crystal clear waters and no one around.
From here there's 2 ways to continue;
1. the easy way back through the tunnel and onto a path that leads you to Cala Llonga
2. the insane difficult way (which I choose without being aware of it) which means you'll have to conquer a 100 meter cliff which I advise to be climbed only if you're an experienced free climber with some gear on you. It took me 2.5 hours to climb up, I died multiple times and wasn't sure if I was ever going to make it. It truly is an adrenaline kick if you are into near-death experiences. Once on top, it's still a steep 30 minute hike through bushes that seem to want to stab you all the time so wear long paints and sleeves. I ended up with cuts from top to bottom. As long as you continue straight west you'll eventually find the regular hiking trail again which will bring you to Cala Llonga.
So, hike 1 is for everyone, hike 2 is for experts only. You choose.
