Itinerary description
At the waymarked bus stop, catch the urban bus route "P/G" to Santa Maria da Peregrina or if you want a shorter walk to Grixoa. Not all the buses go as far as Grixoa. This walk starts on a somewhat busy road but soon leads to leads to forest tracks and a sizeable river in a deep valley. The views are spectacular and the environment very diverse and interesting. The walk back to Santiago is on quiet lanes, dirt roads and forest tracks.
