The route begins at the Sanctuary Santa María de Montgrony and passes by the Church of Sant Pere de Montgrony. Then continue along a path protected by a wooden railing. Continue along a path under the forest, pass by the Planelles Refuge and cross a stream. Then take a track to the right and follow a path marked with yellow marks. Afterwards you reach an electric fence for cattle and continue straight until you reach the Coll de Coma Ermada. From there, you go up to the Costa Pubilla or Pla de Pujalts, where you will find a geodesic vertex and good views. Then you follow the ridge until you reach the Roc dels Llams and the Niu de metralladores. Then you descend to Coll de la Bona and return to the starting point along a track covered with vegetation. The route is not technically difficult but can be confusing on the way down to the summit. Along the way you can see many cows grazing, which in some parts of the road make passage difficult due to a large amount of excrement. The route offers great views of the landscape as well as flora and fauna.

L'itinéraire commence au sanctuaire de Santa María de Montgrony et passe par l'église de Sant Pere de Montgrony. Continuez ensuite par un chemin protégé par une balustrade en bois. Continuer par un chemin sous forêt, passer devant le Refuge des Planelles et traverser un ruisseau. Prendre ensuite un chemin à droite et suivre un chemin balisé en jaune. Ensuite, nous arrivons à une clôture électrique pour le bétail et continuons tout droit jusqu'au Coll de Coma Ermada. De là, vous montez jusqu'à la Costa Pubilla ou Pla de Pujalts, où vous trouverez un sommet géodésique et de belles vues. Ensuite, nous suivons la crête jusqu'à atteindre le Roc dels Llams et le Niu de metralladores. Ensuite, vous descendez au Coll de la Bona et revenez au point de départ par un chemin couvert de végétation. Le parcours n'est pas techniquement difficile mais peut être déroutant lors de la descente vers le sommet. Tout au long du chemin, vous pourrez voir de nombreuses vaches en train de paître, ce qui, dans certaines parties de la route, rend le passage difficile en raison de la grande quantité d'excréments. L'itinéraire offre de superbes vues sur le paysage ainsi que sur la flore et la faune.
