Itinerary description
From the big car park just outside Saou we walked through the village to the river La Vebre and crossed it, taking the Rue de L'Houme.
We followed the yellow marked track which gives you impressive views of the sometimes majestic rocky scenery also giving you good views of the Petit and the Grand Pommerolle.
At the junction called Pointe des Etangs we chose to leave the yellow marked track in order to walk through open country which will enable you to watch the scenery from a greater distance.
At the junction called Ferme de Lestang we took the track to the west and after coming into the woods again came upon a track full of Murets d'art, a 'chemin artistique' with a great variety of small and bigger art objects, which appears to be typical for this region.
All in all this is a very pleasant walk with nice views.
