Itinerary description

This walk starts at the wonderful K2 hotel in Sauze D’oulx (V.highly recommended). From here walk down the road to the Jouvenceaux chairlift and take the ski run 12 to Tachier and then 11 to Malafosse Alta - lt’s clearly marked. Then head up run 14 up until you have Mt Fraiteve in sight and head up the steep track under the drag lift. From there follow the ski run to Strada dell’Assietta and pick up run 10 and follow it down to Sportinia where you can stop for a drink and a bite to eat in a deck chair in one of several bars. From there pick up run 11 down to clotes and then follow the chairlift back to Sauze D’oulx - drinks and free tapas at the K2 bar. This walk is marked easy as there is no scrambling or climbing - there are a couple of steep sections though.
