Itinerary description
A walk from Cosenza to Morana di Calabro. Because of weather conditions I followed mostly paved roads instead of the montain trail. This means the track can also be done by bike. Except between Porontoro and Paola (alternative is the SP35 in San Filli) and near the ghost village of cavallerizzo. A few km before San Filli it's beter to pass by Contrado Profico to avoid the tunnel on the SS107.
