Itinerary description
A linear route up La Maroma - 2060m - leaving from Sedella. The way up from Sedella is beautiful but very steep in places, you need to watch your footing (it's easier going up than down). La Maroma is Malaga's highest mountain at 2060m.
We did this hike in August 2016 and left Sedella at 3am, getting to the top just in time for sunrise. From the top of La Maroma we walked back to down to Alcaucin.
The track hasn't been cleaned, including some back and forth for pictures and a Nevero (ice cave) near the peak.
