Itinerary description

Castellano (English below):

English:
Cervera de Pisuerga is the starting point of this Bear route, from Saint Roque bridge, with a total of 11 km in loop. We parked in the parking from the camping because it's free and it's the perfect spot to start the hike. We started to go to the dam of Requejada after passing Arbejal from where we will have amazing panoramic views. There we stopped to recover a bit and admire the views, although the steepest part was yet to come. Once there we started the descend by crossing some small forests up until Peñas Negras, where we encounter a very old shepherd hut. In the way there are various points where you can stop just to take pictures ad even if the season allows eat some blackberries. We didn't find any water supply in the way so make sure you have enough with you.
Following the route you will approach the end crossing forests, tracks and forest tracks.
We ended it by having a good lunch in the camping restaurant, cheap and very nice people (http://campingfuentescarrionas.com/)

Easy hike that if you are used to you ocould easily make it in way less time than the one showing in the app.

Very nice 3-4hr hike with beautiful and varying scenery. Highly recommended.
Make sure to bring enough drinking water as there is nowhere to stop on the route
