Itinerary description
Sete Cidades. Starting from the city center, you walk about 2 kilometers out of a normal road an then turn in to a gravel road, that goes to the top, for about 4 kilometers. Then you are hiking on the road again, until you get to another gravel road that makes a short cut towards the city. Approximately half of this trail in on normal road, other half a s on gravel. No single track. Great view over the lakes.

Nice that route starts and ends in Sete Cidades. But be aware that 30% of route goes at the same tarmac that cars are driving :(
