Itinerary description
Walk across Europe. Leg 136. The first 5 km were on a nasty main road with no provision for cyclists or pedestrians. It was worth the effort because it was followed by 19 km of canal tow path across wetlands with flamingos. This was the Canal du Rhone a Sete. The route into Montpellier was good too. There was a cycle route off the main road and a useful autoroute pedestrian and bicycle over-bridge.
