Itinerary description
This hike starts at the parking lot of the bar-rest Los Alayos. You start up the little bit of paved Road and soon reach a small pine forest where you see the next red sign pointing you left and towards the first beautiful view. The first kilometres are just a nice walk on a big dusty road. But it will soon become more challenging. At the wooden sign you walk down towards another little pine forest. At the end of it you come to a crossing which takes you up left a steep hill. After a good while walking you reach a pretty big meadow and just short after the Emrita Vieja de Dilar. After those first 9 km it will only become a lot harder. You will climb up to a 1400m peak, come a bit back down and the climb up the second peak on 1700m.
This hike is no good for people with vertigo. You should be aware that this is really rather a difficult hike and not moderate.
