Itinerary description
Start at the parking lot at Collado Sevilla. Easiest reached by car Granada, to La Zubia and the small village of Cumbres Verdes just inside the border of Sierra Nevada National Park.
Trevenque is not the highest peak, just over 2000 meters, but it is quite free standing with an magnificent view from the top. Last part to the top is quite challenging, you do not need to climb but not too far from it.
Lovely place for a lunch before heading down - also quite a challenging part not too well signposted but the landscape is fairly open so you will not get lost.
On the way back you hike along nice tails through a Lovely landscape with some really nice views.
