Itinerary description
Very nice and impressive tour. You can also start the trail directly at the lake. The hike up to Siurana on the north side of the escarpment is exhausting but not "dangerous" (the "climb" follows the GR trail, which continues on the south side as descent into the valley - which can be an alternative to go upwards. If you had problems with hights, it could be difficult).
The trial arround the lake is easy, only the ascent asks for energy.
Directly after coming upwards there is a little shop with refreshments, furthermore in the middle of the village is a bar.

I guess you can do it within 3 hours (if you what to be fast...since more than the half of the tour is very easy and plain), normal speed and enjoying up to 5 hours.
(does not include wandering arround in Siurana, or relaxin at the water - especially at km 6, where you have to cross the river... or the caña in Siurana :-)
