Itinerary description
This trail was officially established in August 2021. It is a beautiful trail, not too hard.
It has marvelous views and long stretches of easy hiking when you can enjoy our surroundings.
Please be aware that the driving to the trailhead is a bit adventurous because the road is very steep, but it is well worth it. Also there is some time limitation on when you cannot pass through some of the inner town roads because of school children (I don't remember exactly, but it was something like from 9:45-10:30 and 13:30-14.15)
At the trailhead, there is only space for about 3 cars.
The trail head has a nice resting area with two tables and a spring with drinkable water (this is the source of the Rio Ítrabo). See pictures.
Just follow the uploaded trail clock-wise. IMHO counter-clock wise is not so nice because you will have a steep way down, which is not nice on the knees.
If in doubt follow the way mark poles. If there is an X on top of the pole it marks the wrong way!

The starting location was pretty hard to find, but it’s a beautiful walk!
Yes, getting to the starting location is very adventurous, but it is certainly worth the trouble 😄
