Itinerary description
This is an hike in Somiedo Natural park to the small village El Castro and back. A part of the hike is through te forest, so nice on a sunny and warm day.
During the hike there are several points to enjoy the views on the mountains.
We spotted also some small deer and vultures.
Just after the highest point of this hike, the landscape changed and has fruit- trees, nut trees and fruit-shrubs. There we saw some fresh bear droppings on our path!🐻
In the small village El Castro you have a rest and nice view on the mountains.
