Itinerary description
From the village next to the school follow the road on the right side towards the honduras border for about 20 minutes until à big sign on your right takes you to the trail right before the bridge.
Clearly marked few border crossing flat and easy the whole way.
Couple long patches to swim (NOT NEGOCIABLE) within the canyon itself. Gets pretty cold towards the end but you can take a boato to finished the last bit if you want
On the way back to the village you're supposed to pay 100c at the entrance.
Nice introduction to canyoning.

Hi thanks for sharing. Hey do you think you could tent camp down by the edge of the river along the trail you took?
Hey Alex definitely a few spots right at the entrance and then alone thé river as well but remember some patches you have to swim so you definitely need waterproof bars for all your gears
Hey thanks for the rapid reply. The entrance is where your route here begins correct?? You didn't use a guide correct and did you pay like 100 pesos at the entrance??
Yes, no and no
Buenas! He leido que es obligatorio guia pero en tu caso veo que lo hiciste por tu cuenta. Crees necesario material tipo casco o neopreno? Gracias!
