Itinerary description
Sormlandsleden is an easy to hike very well marked trail close to civilisation, yet you rarely pass by a settlement. Even though is marketed as a 'flat' trait is for sure is not. You have around 500 height meters to do every 20km, but they come on small bites :-)
Even though you're close to civilisation and cross an actual road with a bus stop regularly, keep in mind this a very rural area, so one bus a day on schooldays is not uncommon.
As a BIG plus, you pass by a toilet on average once a day.
Very worth the effort as you can camp by any of the nice lakes you encounter, light a fire, swim, ...
