Itinerary description
A pleasant first contact with the High Tatras. The first part, from Stary Smokovec to Hrebienok is very crowded and not particularly interesting. Then everything got better with unexpected wildlife encounters and nice waterfalls along the way. Actually, I made this trail by mistake (after a 5 hrs train ride from Bratislava it can happen...), but I'd definitely recommend it to get a first taste of the area.
