Physically/Mentally demanding trail
This is a 2 day Trekking trail for Experts Only, starts at the Beautiful Tannourine Cedars Forest, contuining in the Wild Mountain to Tannourine El Faouqa briefly entering the village, taking a break at its amazing church then again into the Mountain through rough terrain all the way to the Stunning Baatara Waterfall enjoying the Magic Beauty of Nature then heading to Jerd El Laqlouq passing through the alike pools where nice views are at the High Mountains and Al Aqoura where a steep descent is followed to reach it.
And the first day ends with a comfortable accommodation at "Sisters of the Holy Family" in Aaqoura(I recommend).
Second day, starts from here to the difficult section of this day ascending all the way to Saydet El Qarn church and High cross with wonderful views all around from up there.. then a steep descent from there on the ridge toward paved road where it's a clear path more about long distance than terrain difficulty, all the way to Laqlouq then Ehmej and this day ends at the historic religious church and monastery of Saint Charbel in Annaya.
