Itinerary description
Un poco vértigo. Estupendo recorrido con visualización del paisaje y las perspectivas de la capital tinerfeña y la localidad de San Andrés, que pertenece al municipio de Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Por cierto San Andrés es un barrio, antiguamente pueblo pesquero y que dio muchos empleados portuarios, en la actualidad residencial y con antigua población y con vocación de turística residencial. Muy bien dotada de instalaciones educacionales y deportivas y de hostelería.
Hay una cavidad (una cueva) hecha en la roca en la atalaya, que al parecer se le llama el bunker.

A great walk with fabulous views and one of the easiest up hill ones I've done on the island. There is a part that you walk that is very close to the rim, so dont look down if you are a bit afriad of heights, but its a really great walk to do. took us about 3 and a half hours so it was much in keeping with the author's speed. (and we stopped for lunch)

We would never have found the starting point without the map.
My gf was a bit scared because there were some dog signs (apparently the area is used for dog training) but we haven't met any.
The landscapes are quite nice once on top, we very enjoyed it.
The bunker is a bit scary, we did not stay long.
We did the tour in 3h including a few breaks.
