Itinerary description
The Cursed Forest as known by the locals for its mind trickery and its ability to disorientate even the most skilful hiker. A compass a must, without which your chances of getting lost is 90 per cent. Faces are known to appear from behind trees which upon investigation no one can be found, its a spooky place and its legendary reputation amongst locals is well founded.
This is a gateway hike and if you have navigational equipment GPS ect this part of the forest is well worth a visit. Look out for Storks, Moose, Deer, foxs and sign of wild boar but no bears visit this area.
Also during the season expect to find the local Lithuanians mushroom picking. Enjoy.
