Can you please tell me the spot from where one can enter on the trail from margalla road... is it near Monal II (Which is under construction) ? I was unable to find out the way. When we cross the gate of KPK, how long it is from there to enter on the trail from road ?
Hi,
Yes, its just pass the New Monal on your right. About 2.5km from KPK gate.
The last entrance they have built on New Monal, go up that ramp. Once you have walked up, the Monal construction is slightly on your right and there is a parallel path going left, take that and it will take you to the ridge trail.
Thanks brother, is it a safe way?
No worries. Yes, all safe.
Many thanks
how much does it take to reach the end point if we start from shah Allah ditta
If you are walking without big breaks , it will take around 12 - 14 hours.
