Itinerary description
An exciting trail, departing from the coast at St. Trayas, climbing to the Col de la Dame. From there over the first hill, then over the Petite Grues and finally arriving at the Grosse Grue. After the descent to a broad path leading to the Col de Trayas and from there back to the Col de Dame, easy walking around the two Grues, you can really speed up fort about 7 kilometres. Then starts a new trail around the Pic de l'Ours, the so called Dent de l'Ours. from where you can climb up the Pic de l'Ours. Arriving at the finish of the trail the total of height meters is 850 and the distance you have covered is 18,4 km. Quite a challenge for me.

Hoi Bert, geweldig dat je zo doorzet. Echt Bert Kreber! Heet zijn mooie tochten en al helemaal goed is, dat wanneer je een verkeerde afslag neemt, je dan ook erop wordt geattendeerd.
