Itinerary description
This large loop meanders through the green corridor from Toohey Forest to Mt Gravatt and return. It mostly follows easily marked firetrails, through dry forest. An ideal 11km walk to spot beautiful local birds sich as Kookaburras, Butcher birds and more. Whilst it is fairly moderate, the gradual small hills will give the legs a nice workout and you may even spot some koalas in the Mt Gravatt section. A visit to the Lovewell cafe at the beautiful Mt Gravatt lookout, gives a well deserved break, before making the return walk.
