Itinerary description
Torrequebrada - Arroyo de la Miel
Route 5 is hard - very steep, rocky, hardly any shade and no signposting of any kind. Also there are thorns along the path that will cut your legs so take anti histamine cream, lots of water and avoid hot weather. I would never have attempted it without GPS and a trail map to follow on my phone...and still I veered from the "path" sometimes as there are sections when it´s not even a real path aaaagh please Benalmadena Ayuntamiento you must sort this out it is dangerous!!!!
Route 6 is much nicer, a proper path, lots of shade, sandy surface and gently undulating terrain.

Ruta 5 es HORRIBLE! Falta de sombra, falta de señalacion, "sendero" muy descuidado y cubierto de espinas...hay que traer crema anti histamina y muuuucha agua asi que también es muy empinado y fisicamente dificil a subir. No lo haré más!
Ruta 6 es mucho más facil y bonita.
Ruta 1 bastante facil también pero menos bonita con un tramo largo de cemento
