Itinerary description
This is the walking alternative to the cycling trail that I already published.
Follow a gravel road from Tres Ellisies westwards. At the end of the road, guess a path continuing towards a little rock barrier full of caves. The obstacle of overcome with a short climbing passage. Open flat terrain leads to the road descending from the saddle between Kofinas and Madhara. Follow this road down to the Koudouma monastery. A quiet path joins the latter ot Agios Ioannis. A detour is absolutely due to the cave which hosts the amazing ermitage of Agios Antonios.

Great! Was there no ship on the beach near the cave Agios Antonios? I walked in may 2018
