Itinerary description

This is an off track adventure in the Marys Creek Forest 5km from the Gympie Muster Site. Park at Heathcote Rd and walk into Marys Creek state forest along Tristania Creek Rd for 2km then head into the bush to the top of the rocky creek line. Its difficult to drop down below the falls from that spot, so follow an animal trail east through to a forestry road and down to the creek. Enter the creek and follow it up to the waterfall section. On the way back follow the forestry road up a fairly steep hill and you will have wonderful views of the mountain range to the south and west. Eventually it will deliver you onto Heathcote Rd.
