URBAN TRAIL IN BARCELONA: WALK AND ENJOY THE GAUDÍ'S ARCHITECTURE

Itinerary description
This trail could starts at the Lesseps metro station.
At 10 minuts from this square, you can visit one of the earliest and finests works of Gaudí: the colored house located at the Carolines street. This house is also known because the palm leaves made on iron.
From here, cross the quiet quarter of Gracia (including the pleasant Lluïsos square) and reach the Travessera de Dalt avenue. Follow rieght this avenue until the Larrard street and turn left. At the end of this street, you reach the entrance of the Park Güell (follow the tourists!!!). For a complete visit of the park and the sourronding hills from where you have one of the best views of Barcelona and the sea, you can follow the Wikiloc treck

Cross the Park Güell for the free access located at right from the entrance and walk in direction to the sea until the famous Sagrada Familia.
From here, in 15 minutes, you reach the Pedrera house, located at the Passeig de Gràcia boulevard, the most glamorous street in Barcelona.
Now, you walk along the Diagonal avenue until the Pedralbes avenue and turn right. In 5 minutes, you reach the Pavillon of the Finca Güell and the famous iron dragons of the doors (do not forguet the small dragon in the small door).
Follow up the Pedralbes avenue and do not forguet to visit the Roman and Gothic monastery of Pedralbes, oe of the jewel of the medieval architecture in Barcelona.
From here, you have some buses to the downtown and to the Metro station (Sarrià)(FGC).
The route takes 2:30 to 3hours walking but if you want to visit the monuments (Parc Güell, Sagrada Familia, Pedrera, Pedralbes monastery), take all the day!
