Itinerary description
Stage 4 of The "Rura en Piedra Seco" GR221 from Valdermosa to Deiá and the Refugio Can Boi. The track rises out of Valdermosa to a spectacular mirador high above the coast - but then the views get even better as it ascends first to a summit with the ruins of a stone house and then on to a ridge where we follow the "Camí de S’Arxiduc" before turning left and dropping down to Deiá by many zig-zags, through oak woodland, past gnarlled olive trees and finally lush grasses before reaching Deiá and a welcome (but expensive) beer.
