Itinerary description
Forgot to start the recording until nearly at Murphy's on the GR141.
Started at Namir's rock, down the GR141 to the track before the thyme gate. Along the valley, cross before the big rock. From the river crossing it was very overgrown. Then back up the beehive valley to the goat farm. Should have been 4.5 hours but took 5 because it was hot and we had some new people on the walk.
