Itinerary description
From Ventas de Zafarraya eastwards along the A-402 to the hamlet of Pilas de Algaida (note: it is far better to use the parallel lane, which is part of the return route). From Pilas, across fields on a quiet lane to the Majada de las Vacas and then a north-westerly ascent to the Vigilancia at the top. There is an easy scramble at the waypoint marked, but this can be avoided with a detour to the left. (Further note: I have no idea of the real name of the Vigilancia or the summit on which it stands - the name is simply a made-up one!)
