Vigo - Cesantes (via Redondela)

Very good breakfast from 7am.

TRACK
Leave hotel to the left and cross over to other side of Rúa Garciá Borbon. Take the 1st on your left to Rúa Republica Arxentina go straight up and turn on the 4th on the left, Rúa Úrzáiz.

Continue on this street for 1600m (being mindful of 2-3 crossings to stay on this street). There yellow arrows on lights poles almost from the start, and after a while it becomes a shopping street with limited cars usage.
After you pass by Maxiahorro Asia Center (which has letters sticking out on the side of the building) turn left to Rúa Toledo. At the top, cross the road to the other side and continue straight up on that street, having the modern church on your left. Disregard the confusing direction of a yellow arrow showing to go to the left of the church.
Keep going and at the top, cross over the road at the traffic lights and continue straight ahead following the yellow arrows.
Further down the track, there is a slight slope with some indications and the Camino goes to left, where the wide snake yellow/green marks start.

Arriving in Redondela, turn left before roundabout or you can go around it to see the Convent Vilavella (founded by the Prego de Montaos at the beginning of the 16th century and the nuns were famous for their sweets, especially the Angel Hair). There is also a nice café nearby, where we stopped for a break at 12.30, after 18km walk.

Continue always down on Rúa Pai Crespo, then cross the street (as per arrows on the floor) and continue to follow it to the right. Continue on a straight path (ignoring a right turn arrow on the footpath!!) until you see the road sign to Hostal Antolin, to turn left.

Really easy walking, with a slight slope leaving town, then going through nice forest, track usually shaded with a waterfall. CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY GRADE 4!! SHOULD´VE BEEN GRADE 2!!
Not many facilities to eat mid morning so take snack or eat at Redondela.

Hostal Antolin situated by the water. Basic but ok rooms with good service and very nice dinner at 7.30pm.
