Itinerary description
Easy to follow trail, beautiful landscapes, amazing beaches. 15 of the 20kms are sandy trails or beach - it wears the legs out quite a bit towards the end :)
I liked the direction to have the wind in the face and the sun in the back.
You can return to Vila Nova de Milfontes by bus, tickets can be bought at the newspaper store close to the market where the bus leaves.
Total time includes a few short breaks and photo stops.
