Itinerary description
The path is mostly good quality trail even suitable for an off-road vehicle in places, or a much narrower path. However in some places I could not follow the path shown on maps.me and ended up scrambling or climbing, but those sections were fairly short and for the reason I rated 'medium'. The terrain is quite easy on feet, and not overly steep in places. It is mostly through Canarian Pine forests with some brightly colored flowers in March. You walk along the length of several gorges with a spectacular views across several Rivers dry riverbeds where the scrambling comes as I could not see that section of path. You can also see the source of a river at the top of one of the Valley's that's a small pool which had some water. If it rains I'm not sure if you could cross those dry rivers.
