Itinerary description
Park your car just near the dam. This very nice hike takes you to the ruins of the village Vilarinho da Furna. When the lake was filled in the 1970ths, the village disappeared under the water. When the water level is low due to a dry period of time, you can see this very beautiful ruins very well as we did on our hike. It has also a nice beach and a small bar.
To enter the hike you have to pay an very small entrance fee. Enjoy!

Scenery
Easy
Trail is super easy. You always have water and mountains on your right and there is also a waterfall and a beach. Unfortunately I did not get to see the hidden village as the water was too high. But it was still beautiful
