Itinerary description
Did this trip as a combined Off-road-car - rambling tour (not advisible for normal cars). Started from Sarti, left the car near Profitis Ilias chapel ( 40° 7'53.77"N, 23°51'4.32"E) and did the rest as a hiking round trip with a meal break in Parthenonas.
Could be done as a one-way-hiking trip from Sarti to Parthenonas as well, but this alone would probably take 7-8 hours (accomodation in Parthenonas available, taxi connection to Neos Marmaras as well). On the crest and on the west side all forest, marvellous views on the gulfs on both sides.
