El llac de Bled és un dels més bonics d'Eslovènia i per la seva bellesa, un dels més turístics per no dir el que més. De fet, durant la temporada d'estiu és molt concorregut per turistes d'Eslovènia i de la resta d'Europa, cosa que provoca que aparcar al poble sigui complicat. En el nostre cas, vam poder deixar el cotxe al costat de l'estadi i a partir d'aquí fer una volta a tot el llac.

Es comença a caminar en pujada, per la carretera d'accés al castell, no cal arribar-hi, es passa pel costat d'uns edificis, s'entra a un aparcament de sorra i de seguida cal endinsar-se al bosc, per un camí que de seguida fa una forta baixada i es posa en paral·lel al llac, amb vistes a l'illa i al santuari que hi ha.

La ruta continua sempre per aquest camí i no té cap secret. Tota la riba està plena de negocis de bar i restaurant orientats als visitants i també altres de lloguer d'embarcacions. El primer punt important que es troba és un centre de rem, amb serveis de tot tipus, molls per a embarcacions i també una zona de bany. Es continua una mica més endavant i es troba un altre complex similar, aquest cop forma part d'un càmping i hi ha també un supermercat.

A la dreta es deixen uns camins que pugen a uns miradors a la muntanya. Hem vingut amb el temps just i els deixem per una altra ocasió.

Més endavant, el camí deixa la carretera i s'entra en un bosc per una entrada de pedra. En aquesta zona hi ha les millors vistes a l'illa, ja que es veu el santuari per davant amb les famoses escales.

Es continua caminant i de nou es torna a tenir la carretera al costat, es passa pel costat d'un túnel, que la carretera sí que fa servir, i ja s'entra a la població de Bled, amb hotels i també hi ha un supermercat. Passat aquest nucli, hi ha uns jardins i el camí es posa a sota de la muntanya del castell.

Es deixa de costat unes instal·lacions recreatives del privades i es puja cap a l'església de Sant Martí, amb una bonica plaça. Llavors, caldrà seguir els carrers, amb bona pujada al principi, per tornar al punt de sortida (a la part final sí que hi ha baixada).

És una ruta molt assequible, que si exceptuem el principi i el final on hi ha una mica de desnivell, a la resta no n'hi ha gens. Tampoc té problemes d'orientació, hi ha rètols indicatius i hi ha molt gent durant l'estiu que fa la volta al llac a peu i amb bicicleta. Per aquest motiu l'he qualificada com a fàcil.

Lake Bled is one of the most beautiful in Slovenia and because of its beauty, one of the most touristic to say the least. In fact, during the summer season it is very crowded with tourists from Slovenia and the rest of Europe, which makes parking in the village difficult. In our case, we were able to leave the car next to the stadium and from there go around the whole lake.

You start walking uphill, along the access road to the castle, you don't have to get there, you pass by some buildings, you enter a sandy parking lot and immediately you have to enter the forest, to a path that immediately descends steeply and runs parallel to the lake, with views of the island and the sanctuary on it.

The route always continues along this path and has no secrets. The entire shore is full of visitor oriented bar and restaurant businesses as well as boat hire businesses. The first important point you will find is a rowing center, with all kinds of services, docks for boats and also a swimming area. Continue a little further and you will find another similar complex, this time it is part of a campsite and there is also a supermarket.

To the right, there are some paths that go up to viewpoints on the mountain. We came with the right time and we leave them for another occasion.

Further on, the path leaves the road and enters a forest through a stone entrance. In this area there are the best views on the island, as you can see the sanctuary ahead with the famous stairs.

You continue walking and again you have the road next to you, you pass by a tunnel, which the road does use, and you enter the town of Bled, with hotels and there is also a supermarket Past this nucleus, there are some gardens and the path goes below the mountain of the castle.

Leave aside some private recreational facilities and go up towards the church of Sant Martí, with a beautiful square. Then, you will have to follow the streets, with a good climb at the beginning, to return to the starting point (in the final part there is indeed a descent).

It is a very affordable route, which if we except the beginning and the end where there is a bit of a difference in level, the rest is not at all. It doesn't have orientation problems either, there are indicative signs and there are many people during the summer who go around the lake on foot and by bike. For this reason I rated it as easy.
