Wadi Shah-Nayt village-Wassab village-Jebel Rahabah-Jebel Rahara-Puro1484-Shahhah village-Hidden Ossis-Wadi Shah Loop.
For sometime now, I was considering a hike that would encapsulate the main Jebel Jais ascent road and the the hike trail would go around it.
So I planned this hike using the Jebel jais upper and lower trails to get a merged hike of 24 Kms that would combine the below trails.
1. Part Samar trail with Nayt village as summit.
2. New trail that connects Nayt village to Wassab village.
3. Wassab village to Jebel Rahabah and further to Jais view deck park.
4. Ghaf trail from View deck park till Puro 1484.
5. Puro to Jais road last public parking / Sledder ascent station.
6. Trail to Shahha Village.
7. Shahha village to Wadi Shah via Hidden Oasis.

Great hike, which combines some of the most interesting routes in the Jabel Jeis area.
What I find most complicated, to follow these routes, is the absence of a clear and certain toponymy, since the names of the villages, towns, wadis, mountains, etc. do not appear on the commercial maps.
Perhaps the hikers, in communication with the shepherds and other inhabitants of these villages, can gradually learn and spread the names of all these places, incorporating them into the waypoints on the tracks.
Hi Pablo,
Thank you.
Most of these names are popular among the seasoned hikers of UAE, although some village names are less popular.
This trail and few other long hikes are recorded and shared for the benefit of passionate hikers who want to hike long distance, achieve high elevation and enjoy a longer day on the mountain for endurance.
